William Duffy, President

Mr. Duffy, Northern Geomantics' senior project manager, oversees project development and client outreach. Bill has a Masters in Marine Geology as well as a degree in Fine Art. He has over 15 years experience in GIS-related project management and planning on a variety of platforms. Prior to co-founding NGI, Bill managed GIS data development for the Maine Low-Level Radioactive Authority and worked at the Maine Office of GIS as data manager. Thomas Lynch, Vice President

Mr. Lynch manages Northern Geomantics' Internet mapping application design and development projects. Tom holds a degree in Environmental Science and over ten years of GIS experience in application development and data management. Tom is recognized as one of the most experienced ArcIMS developers in the U.S. and has been involved in the beta testing programs for many ESRI products. Prior to co-founding NGI Tom was Data Distribution Manager for the Maine Office of GIS where he developed the first web-based GIS data distribution application in the state. Email Tom Lynch.
